I wanted a Lab that was not only a working dog but a companion and family member. Water Walker Labs are the absolute best of both worlds. Kenai has been the best dog I have ever had.

Training has been simple. Just a few sessions usually all that is needed for a given skill. Her temperament is very mellow and she truly aims to please. Not only is she great with our children, she has become one of our children. Great on my guide boat and awesome in the woods. She has become one of the best shed hunting dogs I have ever seen.
I wholeheartedly recommend Water Walker Labs to everyone. From the hardest hunters to the family pet they have it all.

Faith

Our family was Blessed with "Faith" back in October of 2012 after the loss of our previous beloved Lab "Grace". We thought Grace could never be replaced but somehow Faith found us. She has been the most remarkable animal I have ever known. Her speed and agility is second to none. Sometimes I wish I was a little smaller so I could water ski behind her on a retrieve. Not only is she the greatest athlete alive, she's also the most loving. The kids absolutely love her and she adores them even more. Our family was truly blessed by Water Walker Labs. thank you!!!

Luke

We got our yellow lab "luke" from the 2014 spring litter of Water Walker Labs. At just over a year now he is proving to be a very exceptional dog. He hits the water with full confidence and will keep hunting until he finds the bird or is called back. His nose is keen and his hunting skills are relentless. he never misses a opportunity. he loves every dog and everyone. he's very obedient and he aims to please. that's what he lives for. Awesome Dog....We love him.

We had the joy of buying a Water Walker Lab pups last year.

He’s definitely become one of the family! And smart…my goodness, we can’t get over how intelligent this dog is!! I taught him how to sit, with hand signals mind you, in one hour!! At 6 months old!! That’s unheard of!! He knows all of his basic commands…sit, stay, heel, fetch, down…even “shake” (to get the water off) - - and he’s a master of them all.

He’s already been out with Kevin on two duck hunts on the Columbia River. He’s a retrieving MACHINE. We’ve never had to force him on a retrieve…it just comes naturally and he absolutely LOVES it!!

He’s such a great dog and a super companion.

Belle

I was blessed by getting the best dog I have ever owned. We call her belle which is short for Lady Issabelle of Bristol. Belle by far is the most obedient, playful and talented dog I have come to know. With the help of Water Walker Labs I have learned how to get the best out of her and I have got to realize how much she wants to obey me. That for me is one of the greatest revelations knowing and seeing her listen because she wants to obey me and please me to the greatest degree. Belle simply needs to know what that looks like. So with patience, understanding and the great wisdom given to me by Water Walker Labs I have learned how to take her out hunting the past two years and each time we go out I see her get better and better. I can't hardly wait to see her this year as I pull out my gun the night before and watch her with great joy excitement looking forward to the early morning when we get to go out as hunter and companion. I would never think twice about getting another dog from Water Walker Labs or asking if he would help me train the next one. He is a great hunter and trainer extraordinaire.
